Geographical Coverage & Target Group
Bulawayo Projects Centre operates in both urban and rural areas of Zimbabwe.
Our primary targets include unemployed young people aged 18–25 who are out of school and seeking practical skills for either self-employment or job placements, aspiring entrepreneurs aiming to start their own small businesses, and existing small businesses in need of workspace and business development support services.
Programs and Services
Bulawayo Projects Centre provides an array of services tailored to meet the needs of young people and women seeking vocational training skills and aspiring entrepreneurs looking for business development support to either start or improve their businesses.

Technical and Vocational Entrepreneurship Training (TVET)
Bulawayo Projects Centre focuses on vocational skills training to address youth unemployment and poverty, which are significant socioeconomic development challenges in Zimbabwe. BPC has incorporated vocational skills training into its development agenda for the next ten years to tackle youth unemployment. Therefore, BPC aims to equip young people with technical, employability, and business skills to enable them to run their own successful businesses.
Bulawayo Projects Centre TVET Models are:
Centre Based Training, Skills Outreach Program and Community Based Apprenticeship.

Business Incubation/ Business Development Services
Business Development Services Bulawayo Projects Centre’s Business Development Services encompass infrastructural support, business mentorship, and comprehensive entrepreneurship training. They connect aspiring entrepreneurs with mentors and training opportunities to facilitate technical and business skills development, as well as support with brand building, marketing, and networking. Their advisory services cover feasibility studies, financial planning, regulatory compliance, and access to grants or micro-loans. They also organize community events, advocate for supportive policies, and promote financial inclusion through Internal Savings and Loans (ISAL) training. Lastly, they extend specialized support to smallholder farmers through Farming as a Business (FAAB), ensuring profitable and sustainable agricultural ventures.
